Rabid borrows the Dynamo V2 Buckle from Swerve during the Jyamato Grand Prix, and inserts it into the Desire Driver to access this navy and gold powerup form. His speed and ability to generate electricity are greatly increased, and by using the Revolve On function, Rabid can transfer that electricity to another Rider, giving them a brief burst of speed and vitality. Despite its ability to generate energy, it takes a lot out of a person to use this Buckle, and they'll feel it as soon as they exit transformation.
