When Elder was dragged back into the Ganma World after the Battle for the Eyecons, the Parka Ghost containing his essence was ripped free of the human descendant he was possessing and seemingly lost, along with the spirit of Akutou. Stranded in a dangerous world, this unarmed human managed to infiltrate a Ganma stronghold, escaping with a powerful weapon they had been developing, the Megai Tamer. Using this wrist-mounted device (which is a purple recolor of the Mega Uloader), Risen can overwrite an existing Eyecon by forcing its spirit to fight one he creates. Originally intended to turn Luminary Eyecons into Ganma traps, Risen has taken the device to use in his personal mission to rectify the stain of Akutou by destroying his dark Parkas and making the circle of Eyecons whole. The name Megai Tamer comes from the Japanese phrase "Me ga aite ima" which means "Eyes are now open."

Using the Risen Eyecon, he assumes his basic purple form, which packs incredible power and durability. When transformed, Risen is naturally invisible to humans. His suit is charged up by defeating Ganma; the purple accents glow more brightly and flare with spectral fire the more Ganma he destroys. Certain levels of absorbed power allow him access to other ghostly powers, such as levitation and intangibility, and any charge he has automatically bolsters any Finishers he may use.

Triggering the Finisher mechanism on the Megai Tamer allows Risen to summon a violently purple ghostly seal, which passes over him, charging his form with blinding ultraviolet light. He flips high into the air, aims himself, then fires forward into a Rider kick, blazing with purple fire.

Risen represents an opportunity for me to use a few other Parka ideas I had, design a Necrom-like Rider and fill a couple holes in my Eyecon color scheme. I'm really happy with this form, and plan to take a lot of time to finish his other Damashii.
