Conquering another of Akutou's Eyecons allows Risen to transform into this new electric blue form, powered by the spirit of Carl Friedrich Gauss, a renowned mathematician, astronomer and scientist. Gauss participated in numerous fields,so I tried to take a broad look at him when it came to the ability this form would manifest. Gauss was discovered that magnetism was actually represented by particles, and coined his own electromagnetic law, so the power of magnetism seemed swell. Using the twin Magna Arcs that sit on his shoulders, Risen can generate opposing magnetic fields in order to manipulate metal objects, including spectral metals. The Magna Arcs can be removed and wielded as blunt weapons, and the scoop shape can be used to catch and turn enemy blows.

Triggering the Finisher mechanism on the Megai Tamer sends pulses of energy to the Magna Arcs, which Risen points at his foe. The two magnets begin to push against each other, producing opposing fields and generating an area of shearing force between them. He traps the Ganma in the grip of his weapon and pulls his hands apart, stretching the foe with the fields until they combust.
