The 1920s themed conbook cover I did for Anthrocon this year. Β I was invited to be a guest of honor and had a really excellent time.(It's a wraparound, so the Leyendecker parody ad on the left side is the back of the book.)Β

The white she cat remains me of one of the ladies in a murder mystery show that my grandmother watches.

I've been a fan of the 1920s for a long time so seeing this just put a smile on my face. I love the use of colour here to catch the lively mood of the city. The characters are also rather expressive and I wish I knew more about them.
(BTW, I love your Lackadaisy series and it may have influenced me a little in my own ideas.Β )
