And as a System, a pure unbastardized system, Communism works. So does capitalism. Its when people in power become corrupt, or think of money rather than the people that things start heading down the S-bend. And right now, the American Economy is a prime example. Its market if falling faster than a bowling ball into orbit. Comparing it to an economy like China, which Balances Capitalism and Government ownership to a tee. Their system allows for the Capitalist aspect, but all companies must have 51% of its stocks owned by the Chinese people thus giving them a majority control, and keeping companies strong. Looking to the European system, integrating all those companies into one big market is great in theory, but as soon as one becomes unstable, they all feel it. Just look at Greece and Italy. The EU was very hesitant to bail them out.
Sorry... Im a ex-Accounting student. Haha. Kinda get carried away. Lols But now im in Respiratory. SO MUCH MORE FUN THAN NUMBERS!!!!

I know, but since we know that every system is going to be utterly bastardized, I personally think that Capitalism provides for the most personal freedom.

True... That Capitalism provides more flexibility even if it is bastardized. But since every big corporation is going to try and squish the middle man, its still gonna crush someone.
Uuuuugh. I was never good at math. I dont know why i took business analyst courses. It was like... If Advanced Calculus met Microsoft Powerpoint, and had a 3some with Social Studies. >< Accounting was soooooooo boring. Thats why i like the Med field more. Only 2 more years until im A Respiratory Therapist. Them its a guaranteed job once you graduate. AND!... Only a simple 1 year course to become a anesthesiologist. Or... take 2 years and become a doctor. XD
