Can't think of anything to add without upsetting the simply, yet powerful feel of the piece. The white vs black is very simple and yet very powerful. Total opposites vying for control. Good vs Evil. God's Will vs Self. Truth vs the Father of Lies. Powerful stuff.

The picture just means that Jesus makes it easier to resist the pull of worldly temptations, not that he takes away the adversity everyone faces.

He gives you the strength to fight against it and keeps you from being...well, not keeps you from being exposed to temptation, but keeps you from being too weak and giving into it.

I'm sorry, but I must disagree. I was a Christian for 35 years and I never felt any strength from the Christian god. As a matter of fact, there were times when I prayed daily, sometimes to the point of crying from desperation, and I never received any strength or comfort. That was part of my personal evidence that led me to Atheism.
A woman once told me that when she prayed for comfort, she could literally (and I mean literally) feel Jesus' arms around her, holding her and comforting her. All I ever felt after praying was alone. After 35 years I just couldn't lie to myself anymore.

Alright, and I'm sorry about that. But, in my opinion, that was the devil up to his stupid sneaky tricks. But anyway, the point isn't to start a Christian vs. Atheist debate. I DO feel God however, which is what has led me to Christianity my whole life, and to this picture. If you disagree that's alright, but don't expect me to change my opinion.

I think for a background, it should be more of the darkness like stuff all around you, but where the two of you are sitting there should be a really pretty like spotlight-like light.
