head is a tad big and it looks a little fat :3 and to spare effort, the hooves could be turned sideways to fit the view :3 but this is really good! better than I could do!

Using a mouse is hard XD but generally, going off your ref pic that is how I would do it.

You've chosen a really hard angle to draw from. I would of done a side view of jumping XD Cause its easier.
Though the front of your horse looks really good. The head is awesome and the anatomy of it is generally correct.
The front legs are pretty good as well.
Though the body/neck needs some work.
I'm in class right now, but I drew red lines over the pic for a general guideline. It was with a mouse XD So its a bit sloppy. lol. [link]
Also your rider will have to come down a bit more to sit on the horse's back. ^^
And if you want to be really picky XD; The horse's ears should be back against the head, but it really doesn't matter. Actually I'm not sure if they 'should' but when they're jumping/galloping their ears are folded back. ...I think XD
