alot of you remember my original 'mecha tails' pic i drew like years ago right? well heres a sequal XDUgh, you have no idea how annoyed i am with this picture. i personally thnk that its awsome, but im annoyed because i just cant seem to colour it >.< its been on my computer for like 6+ months
*Wanted* if you have 'swish' colouring ability and want to do an art trade on this, then your more than welcome to try ^_^;; i think the picture is large enough to colour it nay way anyone wants.
The general idea from this picture could be one of two things.
- The first concept is that Mecha Tails has gotten ticked wth the TailsDoll and just destroyed it because its rubbish.
- The second concept is that Mecha tails 'IS' the TailsDoll, and he has been in a knda lavel state all this time. and the true evil that was lerking behind thoses blank eyes has finally escaped.
So yeah if anyone wants to colour it, it dosent matter how many want to. your all welcome to try, you can even post it in your gallery as long as you say the lineart is mine ofcourse ^^ and obvioulsy, you can change the size when you repost your coloured version. i just posted it huge so its easy to colour.

My idea is that he actually WAS tails, that Eggman FINALLY got smart and invented a roboticizer.
This is how the new Mecha tails tells us that the old tails is dead...

The cleanness of the line art is only really noticeable on full view. This is a nice job, done more alone the OVA lines than the other continuities. Diverging from the comments re: the tails, I like how you handled the forearms. They're give the impression of being modular, or removable, rather than the normal cannon "wrap around" style. Well worth a Fav.

Suite, Tails has always been my favorite character and I've always had soft spots for mecha versions of characters, and I must say, you've done pretty much the most convincing and practical mecha conversion of him I've seen. You're definitely the first artist I've seen to put chainsaws on the tails, which is remarkably sensible and original, at least as far as I can think.
Good job on this, and nice job working to get it colored, too.

yep im the first chain-saw mecha tails man, as far as i know anyway XD mecha tails dosent even use the to fly, he has jets for that. They just fold out like wings and cut people down as he blasts past them XD or they can spin, but just for mutilation perposes XD

rawr you drew the Mecha Tails amazingly well. his metalic body rox a lot and is very well detailed. his tails, his feet and his arms are totally cool. and the line art is very very well done. hehe great pic Trakker. now lemme comment on the colored version. *goes to becky gallery* ^^

Nice concepts there Trakker. Though I think the reason that Tails Doll existed in the first place, is that the designers of Sonic R were just too lazy to make a proper Metal Tails. And yes, that would be the true name of the mech. Though either would work, as Metal Sonic, is still sometimes called Mecha Sonic. The explanation for Traveller's Tales' laziness, would be in the story that at the time, Robotnik didn't consider Tails enough of a threat to warrant building a Metal Tails at the time, and just used a power gem of some sort to animate/power a robot that was built to look like a doll. I always did wonder just what layed behind that zipper though...
Anyways, I have a question about something with the robot. Why are the eyes seeming to be without irisses pupils like Metal Sonic? Even Metal Knuckles had those, although green, but still. It looks kinda odd, and makes Mecha Tails look a little... I don't know... sorta gives me the creeps to look at eyes like those... Sorta like looking into Dark Super Sonic's eyes... They have the same eyes... *Is overcome with fear, and runs away.*
Anyways, nice drawing. I'd color it if I could, but I'm still not sure how to use my copy of Illustrator and I've had it for a while now.

yeah Mecha Tails has no pupils of any kind, it dose give a degree of a lack of emotion which makes it look abit more creepy. it was the intended idea, it would just stand there... infront of its foe and stare blankly at it, with no indication of what it was going to do next XD

Let me put this simply. βBestβ¦ Mechaβ¦. Tailsβ¦ EVER!!! XP, and the remains of the Tails Doll is a nice touch for either scenario of yours. Nice work Trakker, hands down, hope someone can do justice to it with coloring, I know I canβt X3.

Well, it's one of the most detailed pieces of Line Art I've seen in a long time. How people have the time to do such amazing pieces of work like this is beyond me XD
