When I saw this on the tumbnail I got really confused because I knew the scene from Scooby but I recognized her as Sam and not Daphne. XD Neat job with all of them though.

Kim possible has the Totally Spies collar, Daphne's got Dr. Drakken's mind control chip, and Totally Spies with the Scooby Doo Hypno clown (But I can't remember the redhead's name from Totally Spies. ^_^; )

in "Scooby Doo, Where are you?" Daphne was hypnotized by a Clown out of sight of Shaggy and Velma. Sam looks like she was hypnotized offscreen

That is true; but she was also out of sight of Freddy. Since Freddy was pushed and locked into a trunk (The stand-up kind).
