I see that dress and I just think back to this idea I had after seeing that 'fabulous parent bird' tumblr post.
Just two flawlessly beautiful people in a couple and their kid just looks.. average. Maybe even ugly. But they don't care, as long as their kid is happy. I imagine this (strictly in a non-canon sense, trust me) Johnny to be the couple's friend/colleague, and giving them a different perspective of beauty in the world of.. whatever it is that people call that sphere of society.
Kind've a slice of life thing where the kid deals with the day-to-day looks they get, questions that are asked, and potential advice from 'Aunt' Johnni/Johnny/Joan/whatevernameI'unnoman

So this one clearly looks older.
It might be by these point through all these Johnny Test TG pics and the one shot comic, if they all have continiuity, that by the time in this picture that the change was either irreversible and/or permanent and Johnny just had to suck it up and adapt, or Johnny decided she rather liked being this way and refused to change back.Β
Either way, its a few years later and Johnni Test has went from being a mega hottie teenage girl, to a mega hottie grown woman.
I wonder if she came back around to return Gil's surprise feelings for her, or if she somehow got his technically best human friend Eugene to forget all about mousy little Mary when he (and his billions and private island) could have her blonde knockout of a sister.

Johnny gets a lot of Rule 63 art. I'd even go so far as to say that it seems like it makes up the majority of it too. It was a recurring theme in the show as well, just never this version that people like. Even Johnny's 'love' interest is basically a gender flipped version of him.
