WellΒ in the mangaΒ there's the Chiisuiton: a magic ladle that locks a Jusenkyo victim in their cursed form until they get doused with hot water poured from a different magic tea kettle. And I wouldn't be surprised if there are other ways to do that, too.

Given the fandom for both TG and Ranma, I'd imagine some item that gives her latex-like skin, making her squeaky clean and unable to have dirt or liquid stick to her, effectively making her unable to be effected by water.

Heh, something sort of like that *also* exists in the manga. At one point, Ranma accidentally bathes with Amazonian Waterproof Soap, making it impossible for her to change back into a guy for a few days. Sadly, it eventually wears off.

How about instead of showing ranma get beat up like people would expect, what if because of how attractive she is a whole bunch of guys go chasing after her/him in his/her dress including kuno and akane is the one laughing now?

Thing is, Ranma can get ridiculously deep into character when she tries. In an arc in the manga with a cursed mirror that makes sorta-clones (forget the exact details, but they weren't quite the people they copied personality-wise), she actually was giving advice and showing her clone how to attract guys. And considering how Ranma loves attention, well...
