Continuation perhaps of this 2008 piece , Kinda sorta a redraw for progress purposes! And still workin on speed. 3 hours on this ‘un. Hum.

Really great picture. Glad it is a happy ending, regardless that a prank was played on her (formally him). I guess after loving him for 10+ years, I don't think she would back out in getting married.
Although there are a few things I would love to see out of this story in either art or written format. I would love to what went on in the bride's life for the last 10 years and what she was thinking like: if she found out she was male and can't quite 100% believe it until she got her memories back, wonder if reality was changed as well to have the world believe she been a girl/woman all her life or she was the only one to believe in that and the rest of the world is still the same, possibly leading to what she truly was and also curious if her personality and interests changed a lot to be more feminine, or maybe her "friends" let her keep her interests when she was male like playing videogame, sports, etc. and either be tomboyish or still feminine, but with male interests, maybe the reason why her husband loves her so much and stayed with her all those years.
The last thing I would love to see is what happened after she finished exchanging her vows with her husband. Love the idea of her peeing on her "friend's" grave, not sure that would happen if she alright knew who she was. Maybe she would discuss to her husbands the memories that returned to her and maybe confirm that she was indeed a guy. Not sure what else they would do during the honeymoon other then having fun and doing "normal" new couple stuff. Maybe consider the idea of starting a family.
Yes I know none the ideas are needed to be made and I am pretty content with this ending, but I think it would be fun for anyone to try their own versions of it. If it does not happen, I'm OK with that. If anyone does this or part of it or thinks of doing it, let me know and show me when it is done. There is no time limit to this and it is not a contest.
Regardless, really love this piece and really love the comic it is based on!

For those who saw the first picture, what exactly would you do? Would you continue on with the marriage, or not? Despite the fact, I think I might just continue it, only if I had a great life... that's just my thought.

In all honesty it was either this happening, the person freaking out or more realistically them finding out about the change early in the relationship since you know she doesn't legally exist

Very beautiful work, Ian. Reading the 2008 comic... sort of sucks the friends died in a car crash or something so the 'prank' never stopped until the phrase was spoken... and no way for him to turn back into a guy now so might as well accept his life. Also just because the phrase was "Do you take this man..." etc... doesn't mean they didn't have any pre-marital sex, I mean they were together for TEN YEARS... so... yeah. XD
