If you pay attention the bubble that says "Zelda! I'm back!" isn't connected to Zelda's speech bubble, so it's Link saying it. The 63 in the title refers to Rule 63, which basically means that for every character, there is a gender swapped version someone has made. In other words, Link is a girl in this comic, not a boy, even if the real Link is a boy.

Well, it's not necessarily Rule 63. Throughout the centuries, there have to have been a few female Links.

I see all of these fun comic's of a TGed Link but I do not see anything explaining why Link is a Girl in these comics. I would like to know a few things about this... like: Is this permanent? Is Ganondorf involved in this? How did Zelda take it when she saw Link as a girl for the first time?

I've intentionally left it unexplained - There's a lot of people who like it one way or the other, and I think these are more fun if they're able to fill in those gaps the way they please.
I do have a story idea, in which I'll have to show off which it is, but that'll be saved for later.

Rule 63 of the internet says for every hero, there's an equal heroine. It's not that Link got turned into a girl, but that this link has just always been a girl.
Keep in mind, there's not just 1 "Link" It's a line of heroes, so this could fit in canon.
