Description
Alexander has been near and dear to my heart for a while... and I doodled him one day like this. Just had to finish it. Raichu can get very hostile when they have too much stored electricity. I figure that's what's happened here. (The original thing was going to be him missing Laila so much that he kinda overdoes it... I think it's still sad.The background isn't much, so enjoy the colors instead~

That's a bad idea, Raichu. You might short-circuit yourself. X3

Thank you so much~
The grass is actually a brush in photoshop. It takes a while to add a few twists to it though.

Ah, I thought it looked like a Photoshop brush, but is each blade of grass drawn individually?

No. That's the handy thing about it. I suppose that's one way to do it, and that's how I do that in ms paint. The brush is kind of a cheating device, but it makes backgrounds look so much more complicated than they are. x3

Well, it's useful to have a cheating devices in cases where the background is large and has a lot of space to fill, (I personally use a brush set that has foliage textures, very useful)
Plus, I'd imagine it's be very tedious if you drew every single blade of grass.
