I'm finally figuring out GIMP... and I am SO proud of this thing. Took maybe three hours to do after about a half hour staring at a blank canvas. Thanks to some great tutorials and a few choice words, this is what came out. For your enjoyment, I present to you the Gizamimi/ Notched Ear/ Spiky ear pichu working for Team Rocket.Version without rain: [link]

Well, when GIMP downloads, it gives you the setup for it. Usually it saves in your "Downloads" folder and you activate it from there. If that's not the case, I'd have to see the error message you got. Provide a screenshot for me?

The downloads folder was empty.The error said GIMP had failed to download and it would be deleted. I don't think there's even a trace that GIMP existed in my computer.Sorry, I can't provide a screenshot.
