I had a feeling I wanted to upload something for April Fool's day, but had nothing done especially for it. Then I remembered yesterday, while I was taking a walk on the beach, I found this guy in the inlet where a river runs into the ocean. It's clearly a freshwater turtle, so...I suppose that makes him/her the foolish one for being so close to the ocean? (Shrug) Anyway, I let him/her go after a couple minutes. I'm fairly certain this one must have a tolerance for brackish conditions, since that's what the marshland nearby is, so I must've just caught it on an unusual foray near the shore.
