I bought the Transformers movie prequel novel the other day and I'm a little over half way through.Simmons makes his appearance as a former agent, working at his Mother's Deli and he has an argument with a customer about putting mayo on Pastrami.

It's a wonder why that name change happened... I usually thought it was Reggie Simmons, or what, considering Seymour Simmons made me think of Seymour Skinner from The Simpsons...

i hated his charater so much in the first movie. his performance just felt forced and was hard to watch. but meh that's just my opinon

he is that's what kills me about the movie. well that am many other things that on a basic logic don't add up. i am giving the new movie a chance but i cannot say i have high hopes based solely off the writting of the first movie. lets hope they never utter "more then meets the eye" ever ever again.
