I think it has to do something with her being some experiment, or a secret 'test tube baby' if will...and if I were to take a really dangerous, hazardous guess, I would say something that it would be relating to Megatron when he was in 50 year long stasis....cause remember in the Megatron Rising part 2, Sadmac was about to tell Sari somthing important but they were interupted.
