No, they never have. And I tried to register twice using two different names and two different emails on two different computer networks, once at home and once at work. No confirmation either time. Maybe they just don't like me.

They've had trouble registering some people before. I could talk with a mod. It's possible you share an IP adress with someone who had been banned and that's preventing you from registering.

I thought of that, which is why I tried it again at work, so I'd be on a different network with a different IP. When I didn't hear back from that attempt, either, I assumed that there was a problem with the script for the form. Then I kind of fell off the Internet for a while and so didn't think about it beyond that. Now that I'm back in cyberspace, maybe I'll give it another shot.
