Poor guy, having to babysit.
And no, that's not Daniel. It is Spike (age 4).

I won't go into detail as to why Red Alert is Babysitting Spike (chap 8 explains it), just incase some of you want to read it and I don't wish to spoil you.
And just incase it's hard to make out, that's a YO-YO Spike's tying around Red's finger.
