It's been a while since I posted anything non-cake related and to continue on with my chain of Wreckers pictures, I colored TF Wrecking Time by The Boo.Original line art:
This took a while because it's my first attempt at coloring a picture that has multiple surfaces as well as opposing light sources. So it makes for a bit of a headache after a while which is why this took a bit of time. And because I worked on it bit by bit over the course of a month or so.
Overall I am very pleased with how it came out.

This is actually top notch coloring. I'm no fan of transformers but the coloring in this piece I could compare to stuff made my professionals like her [link] . Srsly.

Awesome, I love Verity, having a competent and kickass squishy is a pleasant change. Interesting take on springer, can't say i recognize it. But the pic still looks awesome

I see what you mean about multiple surfaces. Your shading is excellent and the girl looks very realistic. I see that you even took care to shade the bolts on the mech. Very nice attention to detail. I know what you mean about working on it a little at a time. I have yet to post some pics because of the labor intensive shading and/or detail.

I think it's a good method to do a little at a time because after a while your brain starts to act weird. I know there were times after I spent several hours working on this and come back and see what I did and had to redo it because I wasn't thinking straight or something.
