I love this. The dialogue is a bit iffy in a couple spots but aside from a couple gaffes, the concept is forceful and intelligent, the art is dynamic and the coloring is, of course, Josh's.
This is possibly one of the best pieces ever.

Definitely a great character piece, and really digs deep into the mind of a military doctor and the dilemmas that come with it.

That art is incredible.
It does, however, feel like I am being told about a story rather than actually seeing the story.

NOw that is one of the best Mosaics I have seen in quite some time. A real story with conflicting issues, fantastic art and coloring.

I wonder what happened to First Aid's team, he mentions them in panel 3, but he seems to be alone.
Art is of course superb, I have yet to see something made by Rui that doesn't looks awesome.

The part about the energy shield sort of reminds me of a Star Trek: The Next Generation episode where a civilization used a cloaking device to hide their entire planet, but the radiation from the device had rendered the entire populace sterile.
