Nice add for the Transformers mythos, we knew that somehow Wheeljack and WIndcharger had lost their spark, in the Autobot base battle, this gives us a hint what where their last moments..

It's very easy to forget that Windcharger is a speedy character(these comments reminded me), but that's cause he was never really portrayed as anything other than a face in the crowd in the G1 'toon. Kudos all around, a very enjoyable Mosaic, and a nice addition to the movie. Also kudos for not killing Windcharger at the end, even though the movie did it off screen.

About 2 years ago, I heard that the makers of the 1986 animated movie wanted to show many of the Autobots in their Earth base being killed. However, they decided not to do that since it would have been too hard on the young fans.

Windcharger isn't in panel 4 - a flying 'con (looks like Thrust) is about to shoot Wheeljack in the back in panel 4 whilst in panel 5 Windcharger leaps between the two of them, taking the shot.

yeah had to squint to see the seeker detailing. initially thought windcharger was blown of the wall in panel 3 and fell only to be shot mid-air in panel 5. w/c i thought was pretty harsh

Very nice; the issuing of orders to Blurr from Ultra Magnus doesn't really mesh with what the movie depicted, but a minor quibble in the overall picture. Good to see how those two might have been spending their last moments.

This stirred back up the exact same emotions I felt seeing all the other season one characters die in the movie. Good job at matching the tone there--I could even hear the background music playing in my head.
