A mini-constructicon. He was created by Ramjet to create a special tracker for Ramjet as part of a massive epic scheme to overthrow Megatron, kill the Autobots, enslave humanity, and basiclly take over the universe.
It didn't end well for Ramjet to say the least.

Heehee, I just bought TF: Spotlight Vol. 2 a few days ago, so I understand what's going on here. 
All the expressions, coloring, and lighting are superb btw!
