I really wish there were some artists comments with these mosaics, while I like most of them, it's quite annoying when you have no clue where it's intended to fit in the larger continuities (if at all) particularly in examples like this one where it is clearly an off shoot or alternate to what we are familiar with.
ok, there are always plenty of people about to offer their own insight and usually within a day or two of it being posted the answer is somewhere in the feedback (usually), but why leave it up to interpretation in the first place?
sorry, but it takes about 30 seconds just to write one line giving us some context. doesn't even need a wikipedia link, just something to say where and when it's set and if it is self contained or part of a larger continuity.
There are only so many times I can say "great art, but what is it about" before I loose ANY interest.

Well, the thing is, if it is written well you shouldn't need context. A good story is able to stand alone without needing someone to explain why it is good.

Oh great! Another multi part mosaic. I thought the whole point of this project was to tell a story in one page.

Looks very nice, but hmm.....gotta say I'm a bit confused here. Perhaps my knowledge of the mythology is lacking.
...but '1101' is '13' in binary, right? That's gotta mean something!

It looks to me that there is a third person. Primon and Prima were both, somehow, destroyed. A third party came upon them and used the essence from Primon to restore Prima.
That's how it reads to me, and it seems to make sense that way. Both die, a piece of the male is used to bring back the female... and she is pissed. The third party is the one telling the story.

Oooh. That might be it! But on panel 2 it is Primon who is dead and Prima is all D:, and in panel 4 it is Prima who is dead, and then Primon is all fine on panel 5

I think that's supposed to be a flashback to when he was happy... before he died x.x

Doesnt explain panel 2 though, looks like the characters are the wrong way round.

The narrative is a bit confusing. Is there a third person? What continuity does this take place in?
What tore them apart, what is there to forgive, what is this about finding the primes?
In short: do what now?

Does it apply? Here the one injured and almost dying is the fembot, she is resurrected without any gender change. She just get upgrade and desire for Revenge.
IDW Arcee was a "male" protoform and then turned "female" by Jhiaxus.
At least this is how i understand this Mosaic.
