Description Today's entry is a tutorial that explains how I go about drawing pretty clouds. I really like drawing clouds 'cause it's so relaxing. I don't know why I don't put clouds in all my drawings.

Post your specific questions here and I'll update the tut if necessary.

ACK.
I so want an Intuos3 now ><

transfuse In reply to Al200002 [2006-01-24 02:27:29 +0000 UTC]

An Intuos2 works just as well. The only noticeable difference between the two is that the I3 has buttons on the tablet itself, but I actually disable them in mine 'cause they just get in the way and I've already gotten used to just using the keyboard shortcuts. =/

I don't have either or any other tablet, and I think I'd probably use the buttons on it

Hey, just wondering, how do you get into the tablet settings in Photoshop?

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

transfuse In reply to werewolfhunter [2006-01-24 02:41:15 +0000 UTC]

[link]

Select the tool you want to adjust, then click on the Brushes tab at the top right. You can select any of the rows of options in the drop-down menu by clicking on the words and then adjust the settings with the sliders to the right. You can turn the options on or off by clicking on the check boxes.

The preview image at the bottom shows what your brush will look like with your current settings.

Ah, I see, thanks! I'm still figuring out all the little buttons in Photoshop, lol.

S-sama In reply to werewolfhunter [2006-01-23 20:53:51 +0000 UTC]

You can't. You have to do it through the actual tablet settings (under My Computer for Windows users). What's been done up there is just the brush settings which can be accessed through a tab near the top right hand side of the screen.

You KNOW how much I love when someone else makes a tutuorial. This is good, clouds can be tricky for some, and your technique is very simple, good help for those who need it, a tut should be basic!
