Here's my design for my G. I. Joe comic ([link] )Neither the standard uniform or the undershirt were in the comic but there wasn't any time. (I love the undershirt)
If it were going to appear, I would drop the arm band.
I also kinda totally want to make this as a costume... that would be epic.
