I like writting riddles from time to time, I have two if you feel like using it:

First one:

I'm what you can't touch neither can you see,
  But you may get hurt if you step over me.

 In small rings or doors I can hide,
 in a rat nest is where do I lie

 After put in vial it can't be used at all
 The more you fit in, lighter it gets overall,
 What am I?


Second:

I have no size or shape but I'm smaller when you lunch,
  In the afternoon I'm bigger, outgrowing you by much.

  Later after, when you sleep again we are the same size,
  Growing more, the moon I dwarf as we move into the night.

  Our fate is intertwined, from your path I cannot stray,
  Try as much as you must, with you I will always stay.
  What am I?
