It's rare for me to do fanart that isn't silly, but this idea wouldn't leave me alone.(In case it isn't clear to anyone, this is Severus Snape and Lily Evans on their first day at Hogwarts. Plus a cameo from young Lucius Malfoy and Narcissa Black, who appear just long enough to be unhelpful.)

Yeah, but I feel like Lily would at least feel okay asking other people in her house how to tie a tie, whereas poor Severus would have to peel Lucius and Narcissa apart to ask, and I don't think he's got the nerve. (They'd probably just curse him, anyway.)
