We were supposed to be able to see 80% but nothing happened :c I watched the nassa stream but nothing beats real life. Heres hoping I'll be around for the next one.

I got to watch on my lunch break!! I was like, 10 miles too far from the complete path of totality but it was damn close. So cool! The parking lot got so dark that the lights came on LOL
I also tried to get pictures and my phone was only picking up a normal looking sun

I'm glad you were able to see it though! Thankfully we didn't have any lights around us, but I'm sure the city lights came on as well. It was so fast too!

I got to see it happen in Oregon and Idaho on The Weather Channel's live stream, and I got a glimpse of a partial eclipse in my backyard! So awesome!
