As a whole, quite nice.
I've got a couple things to say, then I'll put down the compliments.

Firstly, there isn't much stem/leaf to see. I think it would work a bit more better to make them more noticeable, and maybe adding a shadowy leaf on the right darker corner. Hard to say, maybe there already is one.
The other thing that sticks out, is the flower's center petal. Looks rather flat. Adding some lighter shades to make it clear that there is curve to it would be helpful.

O.K., I like the colors! Soft, cool, nicely contrasted with the harsh darkness behind. I also like that the rose isn't centered, though putting just a little more space on the left and top would come across as lovelier than it already is...
