I'm a big Utena fan. Read the manga, watched the movie, seen the show. I'd have to say that's one of the best anime i've seen.
I'm happy with how this turned out. I didn't bother adding the lace to her uniform or the pieces on the shoulders. I just kept it simple.
Anywho, this was drawn and colored on the computer in photoshop.
