LMAO! This sooo reminds me of the day my mom got her first desktop computer! Instead of pushing the bar at the top of the tower labeled 'power' she picked up the mouse and started clicking it at the monitor saying 'Will you please just turn on! This is ridiculous! Computers aren't supposed to be this hard to turn on! So why are you being so difficult?!' Followed by her hollering for my dad and telling him the computer refuses to turn on. He used his efficient check list: Is it plugged into the surge protector power bar? Check, is the printer hooked up properly? Check, key board plugged in? Check, wireless mouse chip plugged in? Check. Okay lets see what happens when we push the power bar on the tower. Power on!
Mom never reads manuals so she never figured out that she was supposed to push the top of the tower that says 'power' she figured 'Toby just touches a button on her keyboard or clicks her mouse to turn her computer on, so that must be how you turn on a computer!' Uhh no, touching the key board or mouse wakes it UP not turns it on and totally freaked out my mom who to this day will NOT touch her one year old desktop preferring instead to use her iPad that is almost out of memory.
