Description
Just a scribble~Drawn on the bus in pencil this morning (Class was cancelled. 3 hours bus travel for nothing). Coloured in Paint Shop Pro 9 with a mouse.
Despite the name, everything is blue and green, even though it may look red or orange in some parts

Well, anyway, I think Ben said it best. We was lookin' at it the other day, and he goes "It almost looks like a fetal position". I had been looking at it earlier and I was thinking it reminded me of something, and it really clicked then. I should started drinking coffee or something like him. But yeah, I was really drawn to his feet and tail, I love how you did his fur, in sort of chunks of fur and all. His feet look so much like big-puppy-dog sorta pads, so cute and scary at the same time 
His face bothers me, maybe his eyes are too close together? I know now, but it seems different from the rest of him. I like the swirly strand of light flowing in and out of the picture, kind of reminds me of a mystical snail-trail, a shiny, radio-active like one, that is. The picture is very cool, and calming. It gives the onlooker a peaceful feeling, yet when you study Nari's expression it sort of changes everything around, instead of peaceful, it's sadistic.

very nice. i love the feeling of solitude it gives, and also the sence of lonelyness by the body language of the character in the image, as if he is in a deep sleep.

Because there is no red in the image, but it looks like there is. It's an illusion. And it's also called Red because Nari's normal palette (excluding his eyes) is made purely of variations of red and orange.

You got a weird glow coming from the edges of where the pencil ends and the highlighted areas start.

actually at every point on the character where there is no pencil. it shows up brighter than the two tones on either side of the edge. at least on my monitor

if you look on the highlighted leg and look along the edges of the non-pencil area, you can see a white glow around the edge of the pencil. most likely the result of the color being added

*zooms in* Oh damn I can see it now. You must have a smaller resolution. It's not visible on mine unless I lean forward. That's just the result of the soft lens filter I used. I'm not sure why it does that. Oh well :s
