How long have you been on DeviantArt?
Since June 16th, 2007 which apparently is 8 years now. Time sure flies when you're being devious!

What does your username mean?
The original name I wanted was already taken, so I started staring at my keyboard thinking of something that sounded good. I picked trezoid and ended up liking it more than the name I originally wanted . Some friends and I decided based on pronunciation (Treh - Zoid, for those who haven't worked it out yet) that it meant "Very Robots", but really it doesn't mean anything.

Are you left or right handed?

What was your first deviation?

Whole lot of layer styles and actions I found on the internet, as challenged by a school friend. I was pretty proud of it at the time...

What is your favourite type of art to create?
Generally digital abstract, with a particular fondness for glitch-like and other "destruction art" forms.

Based on straight numbers, apparently I really like emoticons (and I do, but I still prefer abstract)

If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
Drawing. I'd love to be able to actually get an image that looks like an actual thing with a pencil or tablet stylus but I've never been able to manage (nor learn, for that matter, not that I've tried all that much)

What was your first favourite?

Funny thing about it though, I faved it as a resource to use for images I was making at the time, and in the end...I didn't ever actually use them in anything. Funny how that works out.

What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
Graffiti, sci-fi (particularly cyberpunk) and pop-culture. If you manage to combine all of them together I'm extra likely to favourite it!

Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
I love just about everything by alexcherrypicks . There's some prints of his in the DA office and I really wanted to try and smuggle one out (it's not available to purchase any more) but I think people would probably notice.

If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
InvaderMar, Ikue or electricnet .

I've had a different list at nearly every point of time I've been on DA, but I've already met a lot of them, which is always fun!

How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
Anfalas and Lepid0ptera are letting me live with them, so that's a pretty awesome impact

What are your preferred tools to create art?
Vim, and photoshop. No one cool uses emacs

What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
For me it's less a place as a "state". For me change tends to spark my creativity so I never get the same inspiration from the same place twice.

What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
A bit over a year ago I found myself unexpectedly unemployed. The first (ok, the only ) job I applied for was Deviantart, while sitting on the couch of some friends. About a month later I found myself on the other side of the world, in my second week working for my favorite website, playing camel race and other games against spyed , mccann , kojik1010 , raincoastchris and pgorniak until 4am, long after the last train back to the hotel ran.
