Description  Hey, I'm with the kid, twenteen makes WAYYY more sense than twelve, makes total sense to me  I witnessed this when I was sitting in on one of my husband's classes (during a free hour of mine) and it was amazing. The kid realized his mistake right after this and thought it was hilarious, he kept bringing it up later ^_^

Enjoy!

hey, i was tutoring children german, too. and guess what?

"twenty, twenteen" happened almost the same way while teaching them german. "zwanzig, zwanzehn".
and there are sooo much more things, i can tell you about children learning german ...! many of these special failures can be tranfered in english without any need of translation ^^

English is one of the most confusing languages on the planet, at least that's what I'm getting from it.
