No Sans can't really use the Gaster blaster to attack Chara now. It's just an expression of threat xD

Chara's facial expressions are the best. Poor Sans, I do feel really bad for him, but I do love how he used his GBs to try to eat Chara, is no one gonna comment on that, I hope in the next page(s) we see someone commenting on what Sans just tried to do, because while I understand ur upset, and Chara is being Chara, u dont go around using ur GBs to try to eat ur enemies, even if it is funny.

Sans is not really going to use Blaster to "eat" Chara xD
It's just a threating expression.
And thank you for your patience waiting for the frans scenes(?) While this comic is indeed primarily frans, it would need me to take care of some other important characters too.

Stand-in is a Frans comic which Frisk disappears over seven years after Chara’s power was counteracted. One night, Frisk returns without a sign. Everything starts to change within Sans, Frisk, and Chara; and their inner truths are going to be ultimately revealed.
