Re-Reading this, I think that it would be interssant if Chara truly believes what he says about Sans...
Because for him, it wouldn't be a manipulation or a lie.
And it would be a reason for him to refuse the relationship betseen Frisk and Sans, outside the fact that he shares Frisk's body with her. XD

the problem is that they share the same body.
Drugging him is not the solution, especially that Frisk will not be okay for doing it anymore. Since it has a effect on her too.
Frisk has given her body to Chara, and her soul too. Chara is here, he's alive. It's not fair to drugging him.

I really hope Frisk can see through Chara's manipulation, even though he hasn't technically lied to her. He is, however, using some truths to twist what Sans was doing, and yes, while selfish in a way, he really did do it to protect Frisk since Chara was trying to take over their body entirely. At least that's what I think.

The sad thing is.
Can we say that this isn't true?
I'm pretty sure Sans has said he wants to not hurt them and make them reset the timeline, right? That he hated the idea of having to do everything over again and that even though Frisk and the "player" was apart of the genocide run that he still solely blames Chara, and even though Chara proved it was not him alone, he still despises them.(or something similar)
So what I imply from this is that Sans is putting Chara as the Scape Goat for all of this, and marking anything he does as "evil".
Because let's be honest, this entire time he's thought this and said how he was always watching them.
I can also imply that although he does indeed love Frisk he isn't really taking in their feelings for anything. He never second-guessed his self and his motive for his actions was "because it was for the best" or something along those lines.
You drugged Frisk/Chara. (HE DRUGGED FRISK I CANNOT SPECIFY THAT ENOUGH!!!)
You lied to them.
You bugged their phone and electronics.
And you interrupted their date by jumping onto a bus and freaking disguising as a driver.
No matter what your intentions were.
Good or Bad.
You've gone too far.
You didn't even have a shred of confidence that Frisk could handle this and wouldn't be fooled by this (overly complicated) plan.
You, sir, have gone full blast obsessed over this. (Even though we do respect what you've tried and horribly failed to do, which is to protect Frisk.)
