That's alright.
In this story, Chara still has some feelings, emotions and even "heart", but it doesn't mean Chara would approve of it. So Frisk's saying was the way that Chara wish others seeing himself.
Maybe Chara's smile didn't explain clearly enough for people. xD

In general, Frisk will not say that indeed, and it's not what Frisk actually think of Chara, either (Her opinion is on the next page)
While most of us may regard the saying as unkind, it's a personal identity for Chara. (They understand each other pretty well here)

I really like this one! Especially the last panel, where Chara leans on the railing and Frisk tells him that he doesn´t love anyone... The whole scene is really melancholic, somehow! Maybe because Chara´s face is hidden under her bangs or because of the way the wind makes her hair move...
I don´t know, but it really gives me a sense of sadness!

You got the picture. This scene about their talk will be pretty serious and sad. Although the main theme is still going around frans, the personalities of both Frisk and Chara are built up through these talks. And as I mentioned, their situation would make people sad in some way.
I love what I'm doing for this story, even though it takes me so much time and sometimes making the plot worries me. xD
I'm also really glad you're enjoying it!
