Sometimes you have to remember that no one had any power in the first place except you, and Toby Fox. This is literally just a game designed to make you think about what you do before you do it, because every "enemy" in this game has a human personality to where it seems like they have a life and how you would be taking the life of what is almost another human. You play by your humanity, not your mind.

Mmhh, there´s somehing that I don´t understand through: I´m new to the Undertale fandom, so I´m not very informed about the different endings, but... If this is after the genocide run, does it mean that Frisk killed everyone before resetting and selling her soul? Or was she always nice? Please help I´m so confused x°°

That's a good question. In genocide run, the players operate Frisk to kill everyone. Many people suppose it's because Frisk was in Chara's control, but eventually, genocide run can be only achieved by "the player". So "the players" are actually killer on Undertale, not Frisk or Chara.
This is my opinion(also it's for this story)
In this case, Frisk reseted the time by player's power(let's just assume some player reseted it again) But this time Frisk used her(their) own power--her soul to break Chara's LOVE, so the old contract was destroyed and they made a new one.
So in this story, Frisk is innocent, even Chara is not that bad.
