Technically this is the second (or third) version of this logo I've done. This one, like my other recent entries is a comission by Rmartin691.This came together fairly easily, though the gears/dials were surprisingly tough. The globe presented some trouble initially but once I figured out the trick it was a breeze.
As with the others, this design is available on shirts and other merchandise on my TeePublic store.

Thanks. These logos are almost always fun to work on. As a designer I love "reverse engineering" the Japanes ones to learn new ways to design.

Yep. This looks a lot like the old Boukenger logo I made. Font choices are different of course, but I also copied the circular emblems from the kanji and made those into the O's. The only things I couldn't get right were making the silver bits look metallic and making the globe at the center look correct.
These days, since I'm big on full translations, I wouldn't leave it at "GO GO SENTAI". I'd translate Sentai to Squad. Not sure what the best translation for "GO GO" would be. Not even sure it should be translated considering how many times they say the English command "Go!" in the series.
As for your work, it is amazing. I still want to make my own, but yours is really good. There is one other thing I'd do different, but I'll save that for when I re-make my own version. Well done.

The lack of translation is something I've thought about, but it kinda comes down to how I was introduced to sentai. Most if the fan subs and databases I saw woukd use the Japanese words, and that's just what I've learned to use.

Yeah. Of course, it's been years now, and there are tons more fansub groups to choose from. The ones I have been supporting have debunked the fansub groups of old (like TV-Nihon) and have been a bit more thorough in their translations and nuances. Still, they do have some catching up to do. No one else besides TV-Nihon have subbed Boukenger to completion with a new, fresh translation. It's one of the few shows that currently exists in fansub hell, as the community calls it.
And in defense of your choice for not translating the first half, Shout Factory have stopped doing that as well. So if we ever get an official release, I am sure the box and subtitles will also say "GoGo Sentai Boukenger".
