Thank you very much, I really like your interpretation of the image.
The sky was a choice I made to have it be the soft part of the image, I selectively did not sharpen the sky this to create a contrast to the sharp rocks and foreground.

I liked this piece a lot.
My critique would be to bring out some of the colors and detail on the photograph.
For example, I have a filter/effect called Equalize Histogram that makes the picture brighter, bringing out certain details but blowing out other areas. Β But by combining it with the original, you end up with..., well... a picture is worth a thousand words.

This is actually pretty much as seen, except for the 1.6 second exposure to smooth the water just a little and create a sense of motion.
