Full view, please! Well, I drew this last night, and coloured a little as well, but it was getting late so I had to stop.
But I just finished it then~ Yes she's freaky looking... sorta like a cone head or somethin.. But she's a manatee, and they seriously have no hair... They MAY have fuzz.. But no real hair. So I had to do it.
So shut up~This is for that same anime/manga contest I entered last time.
I didn't win. *sigh* xD Oh well, this time the theme is Manatee, and next time is popcorn, so I'll give popcorn a shot too. I most likely wont win with this, but I like her. 
She was fun.And damn manatees have really stumpy lookin tails... They're really stumpy in general, but I wanted to make her look better than that. x_x Other wise she would have looked like a blob. And I really wanted to show how that old tale where mermaids came about... How the sailors thought a group of manatees were hot women with fish tails.... lol Yeahhhh... They must have been lacking all sorts of vitamins at the time. >>
