I bought a bag of raspberry sherbet a good while ago, and I didn't dare eat more than a palm-full because I knew how rare it is to get hold of... it usually appears in shops that specialise in old-fashioned sweets... but we don't really have any of those shops around here.

We usually only get the little sachets. But I wouldn't be surprised if I could get a big bag full from one of those specialist stores too. I'll have to keep an eye out for some next time~

Indeed I normally only find those kinds of shops when I'm on holiday somewhere, and around that time I'm usually insanely budgeting around then.

No I'm not offended, but I thought you were better than that. It lowers my opinion of people who swear. It means your friends do too. But I still think you're a great artist, cookie, and you can stop if you put in the effort.

It also means my parents do, plus a huge percentage of people in my country do as well and find it perfectly normal. Hell, even my lecturers throw the odd f-bomb in there.

I gotta say I'm a little offended that you lower your standards of people based solely on someone saying fuck. There are much worser qualities in people than that. But I guess it's how and where we've each grown up with these opinions.

Any way, I really do appreciate that you like my art at least.

You're right there are much worse qualities, and I'm sure you're a great person inside. But think of it this way: Should it be normal for kids to say this word? Three year olds? TV shows? Your doctor?

Yes, but... I'm not three. There are plenty of TV shows with swearing, depending on how they're rated, as they're for a mature audience. And of course it's common etiquette that a doctor would not swear to a patient. Neither would they use slang terms. Time and a place for all things. Plus you've probably noticed, but a heck of a lot of my gallery isn't exactly all G rated stuff...
