Bio:

Theo was born into a good family of two caring MTT dads in the middle levels of Junction city. He got along pretty well with everyone and wasn't bullied at school. When he turned 8, his dads decided to have a sibling for Theo but unfortunately Theo's little sis hatched too early. Turned out she had genetical defects and needed special treatment. About a year parents spent their energy and attention on her to keep her alive. Theo felt little left behind but did his best to help as well, even when he had fallen into slight depression. Little girl couldn't make it and died before Theo turned 9. That left a scar into Theo's soul and had huge influence on his parents. They supported each other and continued raising Theo. Theo began to show interest towards science, especially biology since he wanted to figure out what exactly caused his little sis to die. At first his dads were little insecure about this but seeing how enthusiastic Theo was they started to actively help him. Theo soon was the best at biology at his school and teachers sent him to different competitions where he did well. His schoolmates were little jelaous but his close friends only felt happy for him.
When Theo turned 17 he decided to leave home and moved further into the Junction city to his own humble apartment. He also bought the apartment next to him and turned this into a lab where he could work on personal projects. He managed to find himself one professor from university as a personal teacher and still turns to him if something goes over his head. Most of his time gets spent on work and close friends. He sometimes has to travel to other countries due to his main work. His name is quite known in the world of science and he always uses a chance when someone turns to him. He only refuses to work for the Resurgence though...
About at age 18 he secretly created genetically modified pet cat for himself. He made sure that the cat could bare the high level of pollution so she could live healthy life. Only close friends of him know his kitty's lil' secret.
He's had several crushes at school but currently he's not actively looking for that special someone. He'd be a good father but I think it's little too early for him to become one.

Personality:

I feel like this part is going to escalate... ohwell. Theo is usually calm and quite friendly, unless someone messes around with his sacred place and things - his lab. Oh dear, he'll be ready to throw bricks at you when you dare to touch some test tube or trip over his pile of notes. Biology and chemistry are his obsessions. Huge obsessions. Just never talk to him about these topics unless you're a pro because otherwise you'll have to bear lots of facepalming, laughter or deep sighs yelling at you "You fuckin' moron...why do you even exist if you don't know something as simple as THAT???". If you talk to him about literature, laws and politics he'll politely send you to hell because he doesn't give a damn about those topics, his brain just can't process anything humanitarian-related.
Other than that, he's mostly cheerful dumb-fuck who wouldn't say no to different activities and entertainment. He's fun-loving unless jokes are on him, then the conversation can turn into one ticking sass-bomb within seconds. He can play only one instrument and it's called "people's nerves". He doesn't wish to insult anyone without a darn good reason and pulls back when he realizes that he has crossed the line. Theo always tries to comfort and cheer up the ones close to him because he knows how much it sucks to be alone in a mess thanks to his past.
Easiest way to get his attention is to make him a sandwich, then you'll have his full attention and love (well, mostly to get the food but ya know how easy it is to manipulate a junkie). It's not good idea to get into his "Hated people" list but at least he isn't revengeful biach and can forgive quite easily.

Trivia:

- He's actually mostly covered with tiny scars. Just some experiments have gone kaboom when he was a beginner. The scars are not visible and healed quite well, just good to know.
- He never wears lab coat. When it's a good day then safety goggles or gloves turn out being useful.
- There are green markings on his left toes but not on right
- If this dweeb ever finds a partner then they kinda have to be like a part-time babysitter to him. He tends to act pretty unpredictably when in love.
- Likes to listen music when on his own. He has pretty weird taste though
- Can't understand vegetarians or veggies. He doesn't judge them but could never be one
- Usually wears only jeans and a tanktop when he's home alone.
- Prefers "real" food to artificial food because he knows too darn well how it's made. That doesn't make him happy though.
- Doesn't need to sleep long. Even after 4-5 hours of sleep he's completely rested.
- Is pretty easy-going person when in a good mood and relaxed.
- As a side hobby he likes to learn designing web-pages. One day he'll also learn to build small "useless" robots (maybe).
- Rarely smokes. Let's say a cigarette in 3 days is pretty usual sight.
