Sorry for not posting nothing up lately. I was practicing my drawing skills. It kind of improved some. But anyway. Perfection has been reached. Static's goal has been completed. This form may not have enough electrical energy unlike the other forms. But you can tell by the color and style, he's dangerous. His quills has finally settled. His form contains both rare purple and black electricity. I don't know why this form is considered his God state. It kind of represents death and darkness due to color. His belt has finally shattered and disappeared. But his shoes stay. From the beginning, in order it was Electric Flame, Electric Neon, Aqua Sparks, and the final one, ( like what the title says) Electric Nightmare. His hair on his chest has disappeared and been replaced by a long electric tattoo-like design. But this isn't over for Static just yet. He has another transformation that wasn't supposed to happened due to the Chaos Emeralds. He just never gives up. From the beginning, Static has become from a nobody, into a threat.
