Familiar face. Yup, he's back with a secret, he can absorb electrical energy to transform and obtain a new look and new powers. This is only his 25% full form. There are only four stages. ( Of course). 25, 50, 75, and 100 percents. His 25% is his more powerful form than his original form(also known as his Electrified state). His 50% is his Warrior state. His 75% is his Overlord state. His final 100% state is known as his God state. When he reaches his perfect state, he will have the power that is slightly stronger than the Chaos Emeralds. He's pure evil for himself. And there is something about this picture today. One reason is that it took me a long time to color him. He has layers of colors in this picture. And second, (which is the wieldest part that ever happened), when I drew him, it was sunny and nothing happened, When I still drawing him, a thunderstorm suddenly appeared and Static happens to have the powers of the element Thunder. Makes you want to wonder.
