This was taken at the Wild Animal Park in San Diego. This was the one animal i really looked forward to seeing. although he hid most of the day... he graced us with his presence later on in the day.

and i'm extremely jealous, i went to the san diego wild animal park and they had the cheetah exhibit closed for construction. i was so bummed since i was looking forward to them so much

Oh My, this is incredible. You have quite the eye. You captured this feline at it's graceful moment. It looks so life like I want to just reach out & pet his soft fur...
I had the same problem with the tigers at Busch Gardens xD Except when they werent sleepin/hidin they were eatin (inside) arg..

they are the best part of zoo's. there's a gorgeous panther with a bunch of personality over in Vegas. last time i was there he was pulling up sod.
