Well it looks like the picture problem has resolved itself.
I too like the noir-style you have for your self-portrait.
Rain (or most "water" artistic themes/tones) is often a difficult medium to work with, artistically, yet it is capable of conveying so many emotional expressions. I personally love rain, for whole range of emotions it brings.
Of course, *now* you will "need" to do a side-by-side human & pony self-portrait (hah). I will be amusedly interested to see how you define your cutie-mark

I just felt the noir style best expresses my mood. I try keeping calm on the outside, but it's like a rainstorm in the inside.

Yeah, I thought of sin city too. Sin city has an awesome black and white style.

The way Frank Miller inked the Sin City series is fantastic. Its got that gritty "feel" to it that your inside a mystery story. The black and white tops it off. Nobody would have taken the stories seriously if they were done in color.
