What program do you use to animate so smoothly?

I use Photoshop CC for pretty much everything art related! I use the video timeline to make animations, and there are tutorials of how to use it online for that purpose, but I wouldn’t say that the program makes the artist/animator. There’s a lot more than just the program that contributes to a smooth animation!
